We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about school improvement and is a strong team player committed to the school’s vision of “Maximising our Potential”. We are looking for someone to join our senior leadership team, the specific roles and responsibilities will be determined based on the skills, knowledge and experience of the successful candidate.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, outstanding practitioner with a strong commitment to improving children’s lives in schools with high levels of disadvantage and be able to demonstrate a clear track record of raising performance and of partnership working. A constant thirst for improvement and innovation alongside the determination to see developments through to their conclusions are essential.
