The Governors are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Classroom Teacher.
The ideal candidate will:
- Support and enhance the Catholic ethos of the school with genuine commitment and integrity.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Early Years curriculum and how it underpins effective teaching and learning throughout all key stages.
- Be an outstanding practitioner who holds high expectations and is dedicated to raising standards for all pupils.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing positively within a team environment.
- Actively support and contribute to the extended school curriculum, enriching pupils’ experiences beyond the classroom.
- Maintain consistently high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide knowledgeable and sensitive support tailored to the needs of pupils with a diverse range of additional needs.
- Exhibit excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Possess a friendly, approachable manner and be a proactive, committed member of the school community.
- Lead a curriculum subject with confidence, serving as a role model and mentor to colleagues.
The successful candidate must be highly committed, flexible, enthusiastic, patient and show great initiative. In addition, be willing and able to make a caring and positive contribution to the class and school. They will be joining a friendly and highly committed team within a happy and successful school.
