32.5 hours per week x 46 weeks per year / 8.45 am to 4.00 pm daily

Salary: Band F Scp12 – Scp17/£28,598 - £31,022 & SEN Allowance £1,539 Pro-rata

Actual Salary: £22,838 - £24,775 & SEN Allowance £1,229

Bluebell Park School is growing, and we are seeking 5 caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with PMLD, ASC, SLD, Speech and Communication, sensory and behavioural needs.

You will work closely with teachers to support learning in class, small groups, and 1:1. You will deliver targeted interventions and support pupils to develop life skills and prepare them for life beyond Bluebell Park.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children with SEN
• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Is patient, resilient, and a strong team player
• Has good communication and behaviour management skills
